Hipster Mentality

No one,
I have started this blog on the first official day of summer break. Why? Because I cannot drive, nor do I have many crazy friends to do fun things with, so why not join the rest of the hipsters and blog about my supposedly crazy life, backed with stories of crazy misdoings, followed by "#YOLO." No, this blog will be nothing short of reality. The lack of crazy summer parties and the lack of a fake orange tan. This blog will be real, and possibly boring, but hopefully someone somewhere will read this and think, "Damn, this girl has a bunch of ideas, she is definitely going somewhere in life."
Now to continue onto something more meaningful: I don't understand why everyone is so happy about school being out. Sure, if you're seventeen, super popular and you have your license, yeah summer's gonna be fucking great. But, if you're sixteen, not popular and definitely don't have your license, summer is going to SUCK. What about if all the friends you made during the school year are all like, "BEAAAACCCH!" the second school lets out? What then? Is summer REALLY that great? Is being stuck at home doing LITERALLY nothing really that entertaining to you? No, bitch, shut up.
I miss school. I mean, there I could criticize all the kids who hashtag "yolo" and claim to be profound and established badasses and someone would actually be listening. Now, during summer, I have to sit at home and complain to an invisible audience. Dafuq?
Now, I don't want to come off as super rude and hateful, because I'm not. In fact, I'm pretty much one of the nicest people I know. I just hate living by that, and hiding behind a computer gives me (and everybody else, I'm sure) confidence. You don't even need to use your real name.
Let me tell you a little about myself, I am sixteen, somewhere between a loner and a semi-popular girl, and a highly amateur photographer. My name is obviousy not Harmony Springs, but for the sake of hiding behind my computer, you may refer to me as that. I'm passionate, and slightly neurotic, but I mean, according to all the dickwads on 4Chan, that's the rightful role of women in the world. I am not, in any way, a feminist, but I do really hate stereotypes. Yeah, just because I were RayBans, doesn't mean I shop in consignment shops or wear Toms, oh wait... I am constantly dubbed as a hipster, so why not actually play the role? HERE I COME, WORLD, EQUIPPED WITH MY FRAPPUCINO AND VARIOUS APPLE PRODUCTS!!! Just kidding, I actually only have two Apple products: the first iPhone EVER, and the first iTouch EVER. I'm actually quite in love with Google :)
Anyways, it's time I get a life. I won't promise to write often or regularly, but I will write.

Goodbye, my minions.
Harmony Springs
